Your Role as a House Supervisor:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN/LPN or RN to support our Director of Nursing Services and ensure the delivery of exceptional care in a long-term care setting.


* Assist in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing functions to meet resident needs.



* Support development and updates of care plans, policies, and procedures.



* Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee their implementation.



* Monitor and report on resident conditions while ensuring compliance with standards.



* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to provide quality care.



* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.



* Participate in quality assurance initiatives and staff training.



* Provide direct nursing care during emergencies or staffing shortages.

What We're Looking For:


* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.



* Licensed and in good standing with the Kansas State Board of Nursing.



* 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.



* Knowledge of PCC and Microsoft Suite preferred.



* Strong team collaboration skills, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.



* Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, reaching, and lifting.
