ERTS Trucking Program Manager

The Program Manager- is responsible for providing the full range of support to successfully implement the organization's efforts to assure proper preparedness and delivery services provided to assigned customers.

• This position is expected, at a minimum, a 40-hour work week.

Additional hours will be required from time to time, depending on the status of the business.
• As a Program Manager it is expected that an emphasis be placed on productive use of time.

This means minimizing time away from the workstation for smoking breaks, visiting with co-workers on a personal basis, and/or personal use of the telephones and internet.
• This position is exempt from overtime.
