Behavioral Health Clinician - Obstetrics

Working as an independent health care provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to a diverse population of perinatal patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to:
* Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide brief evidence-based interventions.
* Provide short, but intense follow-up.
* Connect patients to resources.
* Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement

Qualifications
* Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling Required
Work Experience
* 2 years of experience in a health care environment in a patient/client contact role Required
* 1 year of experience working with behavioral health issues in a primary care setting Preferred
* Experience in perinatal, OB, or reproductive mental health highly desired
Licenses & Certifications
* Relevant license and/or certification or license/certification eligible as a Mental Health provider as required in the State of Wisconsin (i.e., Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT) Required
