What You Will Do

The Senior Logistics Operations Coordinator is responsible for bringing together all the elements necessary for the import of our goods in compliance with international regulations.

Key Responsibilities


* Coordinating and monitoring the operations of the EU Release process.


* Managing and monitoring of non-conformities related to incoming flows, in collaboration with our Quality team.


* Supporting the implementation of ad hoc "Rework & copacking" requests with our warehouse and the support of our Quality team.


* Guaranteeing performances that meet or exceed the needs of customers and the company, within a defined budget and in compliance with all quality and regulatory guidelines.

Additional responsibilities:


* Obtaining import authorizations or their renewal


* Periodic review of the process and the performance, seizing continuous improvement opportunities.


* Management of our Dangerous Products

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering

• Collaborative approach - you enjoy working in a team

• You like to be in the heart of the action and have a taste for challenge

• You are rigorous and autonomous

• You enjoy performing data analysis

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent written and oral English

• Basic / intermediate French communication skills are a plus.

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, etc.)

• Work experience using SAP is preferred

• IATA accreditation would be a plus
