Purpose of the role

Join our EMEA Digital team as the Customer Acquisition Lead, where you will work closely with Digital Experience Leads and EMEA marketing teams to enable and promote the adoption of best practices, establish governance frameworks, and ensure consistent execution of multi-channel acquisition campaigns helping to optimize customer acquisition strategies, driving performance and enhancing digital capabilities across the region.

The role focuses on both Consumer and Healthcare Professional (HCP) audiences, aiming to drive customer growth, conversions, retention and maximize the impact of digital channels.

What to expect:

Regional Strategy Development: Work in partnership with HCP & Patient Experience Owners and markets to enable the creation and optimization of digital customer acquisition strategies for the EMEA region, working collaboratively with local markets to tailor initiatives that drive growth across both Consumer and HCP segments.

Subject Matter Expertise & Governance: Partner with local market teams to develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies ensuring best practices and governance are integrated across multiple channels including paid search (PPC), paid social, email, programmatic, and display advertising-while tailoring these strategies to meet the unique needs and insights of each market.

Partnership Management: As part of a digital steer co foster strategic partnerships with regional and local media agencies, leveraging technology partners such as Google, Meta and other digital platforms, as well as internal teams to enhance performance in media buying, campaign execution, and innovation.
