As a Bulk System Operator, you would be responsible for supplying and maintaining our 3 bulk stations with the appropriate levels of raw ingredients and baler operation/cleaning.

This position requires great attention to detail, filling out housekeeping documentation, bulk hoist inspections, good written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work with others.

This individual will be interacting with and performing frequent machine adjustments and minor maintenance tasks during their shift.

The Bulk System Operator will be monitored by the Production Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure Quality, Good Manufacturing Procedures, Safety, Production, Training and Housekeeping requirements are met.

Location: Acampo, CA

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5 am - 1:30pm

Pay: $23.67

Hire on Bonus:

$500 bonus after completing30 day probationary period

$500 bonus after completing 6months of employment

Total of $1,000 bonus

Required Qualifications:



* Age: 18 years or older


* Read and write in English



* Comprehension: Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English


* Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.


* Safety: Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and one's co-workers at all times without exception


* Time Management: Showing up on time, reliably completing tasks by the deadline, and adapting to changes in deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision


* Coordination: Working well with others to meet team goals and adjusting to important changes

Essential Physical Requirements:



* Frequent lifting, up to 60 pounds



* Adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn pivot



* Stand for long periods of time



* Good eye-hand-foot coordination



* Ability to work in a dusty environment



* Work in confined spaces during cleaning



* Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending on season 32-110 degrees



* Ability to learn all operating equipment and duties



* Perform daily stretching exercises


* Standing: Entire shift



* Pushing/Pulling: Frequently



* Lift Capacity up to 60 lbs.: Frequently



* Noise typical of a production environment: Entire shift/Hearing Protection Required

Time Demands:



* On occasion, business demands may require some employees to work overtime.



* When overtime is required , employees are expected to work extra hours as required to meet business needs - this is a requirement of this position.
