We Are Looking For

Reporting to the Vice President of Planning Electrophysiology, the CSS Supply Chain Business Leader Transcend Program will serve as the primary point of accountability, collaborating closely with the Transcend PMO to drive the ERP business strategy, align stakeholders, and ensure business process alignment for the CSS deployments supporting the MT TranSCend program.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

1.

Strategic Leadership

• Strategic/Big thinking picture with the ability to drill down into details where appropriate

• Willingness to challenge the status quo, ability to share clear, forward-thinking vision (change agent for the global standard template)

• Results-oriented execution (time, cost, deliverables)

• Flexibility to adapt strategy and approach as necessary to meet evolving business needs

2.

Business process optimization

• Knowledge of global E2E business processes

• Process re-engineering/design capability to standardize processes, simplify ways of working

• Experience in change management principles to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems

• Establish and advocate acceptance criteria's ("bare minimum") for each business process capability

3.

Stakeholder alignment

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to align various stakeholders (across platforms & functions) on global S4 template / standard way of working

• The CSS Business Leader for the Transcend Program will serve as the primary point of accountability for on-time deployment, setting up the right team accountabilities, collaborating closely with the Transcend PMO to drive the ERP business strategy, align stakeholders, and ensure business process alignment for the CSS deployments supporting the MT TranSCend program.

• This individual will be accountable for driving organizational alignment on key decisions, as well as ensuring adoption of those decisions and new business processes while enabling and tracking benefit realization.

• Leverage the Transcend Business Process Owners/Global Product Owners and Transcend deployment framework to ensure integration and consistency across programs.
