GATT-technologies, a Johnson & Johnson Company is recruiting for a Senior Process and Maintenance Engineer, located in Nijmegen.
As an Senior Process and Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines.
You'll provide essential engineering and technical support for production and processing equipment, optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to launch new products and improve existing ones.
Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products on time, making a significant contribution to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Process and Maintenance Engineer, key responsibilities will include:
* Technical Leadership: Coordinate and implement technical aspects of base business operations.
* Process Improvement: Continuously optimize manufacturing efficiency.
* Problem-Solving: Address engineering and production issues effectively.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
* Validation and Improvement: Ensure process quality and recommend enhancements.
* Compliance: Adhere to regulatory and company standards.
* Equipment Management: Manage equipment lifecycle from procurement to maintenance.
* Product Support: Contribute to new product development and lifecycle management.
* Regulatory Support: Provide technical expertise for regulatory matters.
* Project Management: Deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Education:
* University/Bachelor's Degree, Engineering degree or Equivalent
Experience and Skills:
Required:
* Generally, requires (4-8) years related experience in technical area (engineering or/and maintenance)
* Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
* Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures
* Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures
