What you will do
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will build our Digital Experience Platform (DxP) as we grow and transform our MarTech landscape.
You will have the chance to play a critical role in the delivery of best-in-class consumer experiences through our DxP platform, building our MarTech capabilities, operating models, and solution design.
The Senior Full Stack Developer will be working closely with the design team and be responsible for leading development efforts for a team of software engineers, including developing and maintaining complex web applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience in React, Next.js, TypeScript, web development, SEO, multilingual, security, and CMS.

What you will do
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated external financial statements (10K, 10Q, etc.) in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
* Support the quarterly review and annual audit processes
* Maintain familiarity of accounting pronouncements and disclosure requirements to assist stakeholders with questions
* Prepare quarterly disclosure checklist in accordance with U.S.
GAAP and SEC regulations

The Associate Manager, Regional Supply Planning is responsible for driving the regional planning processes, ensuring customer service levels are met as per defined targets, with optimum inventory level as per entitlement model.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Planning
• Creates and manages master production schedule/ supply plan, from the aggregation of Kenvue market net requirements to the delivery of products to the respective Kenvue market distribution centers (DC) or customer.
• To carry out capacity planning as required for supply sites.
Identifies and communicate on constraints and works with relevant teams to develop solutions to potential supply disruptions.
In the event of supply constraints, decides on the stock allocation across markets to achieve business goals; implement fair-share stock allocation whenever necessary.
• Collaborates with markets to understand dynamics in the local market and incorporate this understanding in the MPS and capacity planning activities.
• Ensures planning master data is accurate and develops and implements supply planning rules, standards, and process to support the overall planning agenda.
• Drives agility for sites and Franchises managed by working with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategies and initiatives to improve responsiveness, lead times and inventory.
NPD/I and Cross-Franchise Initiatives
• Supports innovations, product life cycle, network and other projects by providing insights from a Planning point-of-view.
• Simulates different planning scenarios to be used as guides in the decision-making process.

What You Will Do
This role will have responsibility for providing financial planning and analytics support for the regional Business Unit Finance (BUF) teams in the Supply Chain Organization and will be a key member of projects for Global Supply Chain FP&A initiatives.
