What You Will Do

As the Grocery Field Execution Lead, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in the execution of account and business priorities within the Grocery and Independent Grocery channels.

You will be at the forefront of driving executional excellent - Driving Physical availability of our brands in our Grocery customers (aligned to our Science Of Brand Growth principals).

This includes driving availability at fixture, distribution, winning at shelf, driving secondary placement and promotional execution.

The role not only delivers the execution plan, it must also be the voice of the customers - continuing to live in to our Outside-in focus by feeding back customer and shopper insights to the wider business.

With ownership of the 3rd party Grocery budget & accountable for the delivery of execution KPIs, this is a crucial role in bringing our products to consumers and delivering our profit shape.

Key Responsibilities


* Build Independent Grocery Cycle Plans - Ensuring all tools and resources are available


* Partner with 3rd party partner to execution Grocery account plans


* Hold internal & external stakeholders accountable to deliver against timelines


* Manage 3rd party spend & delivery - Holding 3rd party accountable to execution KPIs


* Deliver recommendations based on return-on-investment analysis & instore insights


* Management of admin: conferences; internal reporting; content; data


* Communication with customers - Planogram coverage, compliance results, upcoming activity confirmation

What We Are Looking For

Desired Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


* At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, category, brand or a related field, with a strong understanding of the grocery channel.
