What You Will Do

This role will have responsibility for providing financial planning and analytics support for the regional Business Unit Finance (BUF) teams in the Supply Chain Organization and will be a key member of projects for Global Supply Chain FP&A initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of all FP&A activities for Home office including Planning, budget analysis, submission of budgets in internal systems TM1 GRM, TM1 ESC, and Bravo, and SOX Requirements.

• Support appropriate standardization of FP&A activities as well as the identification and evaluation of opportunities to refine and improve process and reporting standards.

• Support the Regional Business Unit Finance (BUF) team by providing all financial analytics/ insights enabling delivery of financial plans and forecasts, including review/support of stronghold P&L

• Full ownership of overheads reporting, including review of budget with teams, drive insights and improvements

• Manage and track inflation, creating insights and connecting to the financial numbers

• Collaborative style

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Newly qualified accountant or an international qualified accountant equivalent preferred, with a minimum of 3-4 years financial experience.

• This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong intellectual curiosity, analytical, and interpersonal skills;

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e.

Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions); with the desire to learn more advance data analytic tools.

Desired Qualifications

• Ideally prior working knowledge of SAP

• Strong agility and innovation mentality

• Ability to influence all levels of the organization and to engage across a broad range of business partners and functions

• A hands-on teammate with strong interpersonal and communication skills
