What You Will Do

As the Pharmacy Field Execution Lead, you will be responsible for the execution of our Account & Business plans in the Australian Pharmacy channel.

The role is at the forefront of driving executional excellent - Driving Physical availability of our brands.

This includes driving availability, distribution, winning at shelf, driving secondary placement, promotional execution & product referral / advocacy.

The role not only delivers the execution plan, it must also be the voice of the customers - continuing to live in to our Outside-in focus by feeding back customer and shopper insights to the wider business.

This role is tasked with owning the final mile of execution for the Pharmacy field & Banner accounts - Co-creating the cycle plans and required selling tools, managing in month reporting & tracking performance vs.

expectation, designing Joint Business Plans and analyzing sales & CRM data to optimize sales outcomes.

With joint ownership of the 3rd party field budget & accountability for the delivery of execution KPIs, this is a crucial role in bringing our products to consumers and delivering our profit shape.


* Key Responsibilities


* Build Pharmacy Cycle Plans - Ensuring all tools and resources are available


* Partner with 3rd party field to execute in compliant banners & manage TSM objectives


* Deliver executional recommendations based on return-on-investment analysis & instore insights


* Management of admin: conferences; internal reporting; content; data (In partnership with BI Team)


* Communication with field team - Compliance coverage, Objective completion, performance updates


* Data analysis - Performance vs.

KPIs, in store efficiency vs.

expectations, territory optimization


* C ycle Calendar management - Alignment of stakeholders for the seamless delivery of cycle meeting.
