What’s the role?
The Sales & Use Tax Accountant prepares and files sales and use tax returns for assigned legal entities.
They ensure timely, accurate information is provided for tax filings and that tax permits and business licenses are up to date.

* Prepare and File Returns: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax returns for various legal entities.
* Review and Approve Certificates: Research, review, and approve sales tax exemption certificates submitted by the operations team and prepare all required resale certificates for suppliers.
* Monthly Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation to ensure entries for accruals are accurate.

Analyze and prepare responses to tax authorities as required.

Votre rôle :
Rattaché au Country Leader de Solar, vous managez l'équipe des techniciens d'intervention (7 personnes) et vous organisez l'ensemble des moyens humains pour la bonne réalisation des interventions dans le respect de la sécurité et afin de maximiser la satisfaction des clients et la rentabilité.
Vous êtes également garant de l'animation et application de la politique HSE au sein de Solar.
Vos missions :
* Assurer la Sécurité : vous garantissez la sécurité des biens et des personnes:
* Respect de l'application de la législation, des accords de l'entreprise, des préconisations du référentiel MASE et de la Safety Groupe
* Réaliser les Visites d'Amélioration de Sécurité sur chantiers
* Diffuser la culture santé/sécurité dans l'organisation
* Définition des outils et EPI standard
* Animation & management de l'équipe :
* Animer les réunions hebdomadaires et piloter l'ensemble des campagnes RH pour l'équipe
* Développer le niveau de compétence de son équipe avec une attention particulière sur le niveau technique des collaborateurs
* Communiquer et s'assurer de l'engagement au sein de son équipe
* Assurer la collaboration avec entre les équipes technicien d'intervention et le reste des équipes Solar
* Mener les transformations nécessaires en assurant la conduite du changement

* Collaborer avec les chargés d'exploitation pour optimiser le planning des techniciens et s'assurer de la satisfaction du client
* Elaborer un Retour d'expérience avec les parties prenantes pour toute affaire qui n'a pas été réalisé selon les engagements initiaux
