Dans un contexte de transition écologique et de conformité réglementaire (REACH, SVHC), de nouveaux systèmes époxy sont développés pour les applications électriques en moyenne tension.

* Définir des protocoles de vieillissement accéléré (thermique, humidité, électrique).

* Analyser les résultats et identifier les mécanismes de dégradation.
* Proposer des recommandations pour l'optimisation des formulations.

Dans une démarche d'économie circulaire et de réduction de l'impact environnemental des matériaux thermodurcissables, ce stage vise à explorer une méthode de recyclage mécanique des composites époxydiques.
L'approche consiste à broyer des pièces en résine époxy, puis à réintégrer les broyés dans de nouvelles formulations à base des mêmes matières premières, réduisant ainsi l'usage de ressources critiques, la quantité de déchets dans nos usines, tout en limitant les risques sanitaires associés.
Plus que ça, on envisage pousser les limites de la circularité, en explorant l'évolution ou maintien des propriétés en fonction de chaque cycle de recyclage.
Vos missions : Exploration de circularité de composites époxydiques
* Mouler des échantillons de composites à matrice thermodurcissable.
* Mettre en œuvre des cycles successifs de recyclage.
* Étudier des variations structurelles et morphologiques dans le composite au fil des cycles.
* Évaluer les performances mécaniques (traction, flexion), diélectriques (rigidité, permittivité) et chimiques (FTIR, DSC, TGA).
* Déterminer les limites de circularité de la méthode et proposer des pistes d'optimisation.
