Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Administrador de Control de Proyectos.
Se encargará de analizar los contratos desde el punto de vista financiero, realizar la correcta actualización en el sistema ERP (SAP), validación de certificados de obra y seguimiento de facturación.
Será su tarea la de trabajar junto a los Project Managers en el análisis financiero de los proyectos, plan de venta, seguimiento de seguros, gestión de facturación y tareas previas al cierre.
Participará y dará soporte en auditorías y trabajará junto con Project controller asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas Corporativas.
¿Cuáles son sus desafíos en esta posición?
Analizar, diseñar y desarrollar procesos dentro de la evaluación financiera del proyecto.
Apoyar a los Project Managers, equipos de compras y contratos.
Reportar indicadores clave del proyecto a la Gerencia.
Análisis y seguimiento de indicadores financieros de proyectos: pedidos, ventas, margen bruto, etc.
Requisitos:
• Egresado/a de carreras de Ciencias Económicas, Administración y/o Finanzas, Ingeniería.
• Ingles intermedio
• Buen nivel de conocimientos en SAP

Le rôle travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Marketing Services (programmes partenaires), le Business Development Channel Services (programmes distributeurs), VSSR/OSSR et le support aux offres, ainsi qu'avec les leaders des BU Produits & Canaux, afin d'assurer l'alignement sur les priorités, la couverture et l'exécution.
Responsabilités clésStratégie partenaires & portefeuille
* Co-développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie partenaires Services du pays et les programmes associés, en cohérence avec les directives globales et le support marketing Services local.
* Concevoir des KPI clairs permettant de transformer l'activité des partenaires en performance mesurable et orientée résultats, créant un lien direct entre la croissance partenaire et la croissance globale du business.
* Identifier, qualifier et intégrer de nouveaux partenaires pour optimiser la couverture marché et clients.
* Définir le périmètre de couverture de chaque partenaire (listes d'utilisateurs finaux, segments, zones géographiques) et communiquer clairement le modèle de délégation aux équipes internes et aux clients.
* Négocier, signer et gérer les accords partenaires ainsi que leur participation aux programmes pour le portefeuille attribué.
Croissance, pipeline et exécution
* Définir des objectifs annuels de croissance avec chaque partenaire et piloter leur réalisation.
* Construire, qualifier et accélérer le pipeline avec les partenaires via des plans conjoints, des visites partenaires/clients, des campagnes et des événements (60-70 % du temps en interaction partenaire/client).
* Orchestrer les ressources internes (VSSR/OSSR, équipes offres et chiffrage) pour soutenir les opportunités partenaires et livrer des propositions commerciales de qualité dans les délais attendus.
* Suivre la performance et lever les obstacles grâce à des revues régulières et une gestion claire des escalades.
