Au sein de la Direction Data d'Hermès Parfum et Beauté, vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable de Domaine Data.
Dans un contexte de forte croissance et de changement de dimension du métier, la Direction Data évolue pour accompagner la croissance.
Dans ce cadre, vous contribuerez au déploiement du dispositif de gouvernance et de contrôle des référentiels de données et à l'optimisation des processus clés essentiels.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
* Être garant, avec l'aide de son manager, du référentiel de données produits et s'assurer que ce dernier réponde bien aux besoins et aux flux Métiers,
* Contribuer au suivi de la qualité des données critiques pour le business,
* Etre le contact privilégié des équipes opérationnels afin de collecter leurs besoins et d'identifier les évolutions dans les processus, les outils ou les règles de qualité des données à intégrer dans la liste des évolutions Data,
* Suivre et piloter la liste des évolutions data,
* Participer au suivi et à la mise en place de nouveaux processus Data avec les différentes équipes Métiers,
* Contribuer à la formation des équipes métiers tant sur les outils que les processus.
Cette expérience vous fera acquérir une solide connaissance d'une organisation data et des processus associés.
Votre apport sur l'amélioration des processus Data vous aidera à appréhender l'équilibre entre les enjeux business et data.

La Direction Industrielle a vocation à fédérer et animer la filière industrielle d'Hermès.

Vous travaillerez sur la définition des contrats cadres en lien avec nos laboratoires d'analyse et d'essais partenaires
D'autres missions ou sujets en lien avec l'actualité de la Direction Industrielle pourront vous être confiées ponctuellement.
- En tant que chef de projets, animer des groupes de travail relatifs à des sujets réglementaires spécifiques afin d'aboutir à la cocréation de documents de références (standards Groupe)
- Autour de ces réglementations, créer des procédures claires qui définissent les rôles, actions et responsabilités partagées entre nos Métiers et nos Filiales (type diagramme de flux croisés ou RACI)
- Aider à la mise à jour des cahiers des charges innocuité et de la liste des substances soumises à restriction
- Rédiger les contrats cadre relatifs aux laboratoires partenaires que tous nos métiers peuvent solliciter en direct
- Assurer une veille réglementaire sur toutes les catégories de produit que nos métiers peuvent être amenés à produire ou développer
PROFIL
* De formation Ecole d'Ingénieurs généraliste ou université ayant idéalement une première expérience réussie d'un an minimum (stage/alternance/CDD) en gestion de projet et une connaissance des aspects réglementaires (REACH, Risques chimiques, normes Chine GB...) et/ou amélioration continue.
* Appétence pour les sujets de méthodologie et de structuration (procédure, flux de gestion)
* Bon esprit de synthèse, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et force de proposition, autonomie, capacité d'analyse.
* Goût du travail en équipe, de la satisfaction client, sens du service.

Rattaché au Directeur des Opérations, vous êtes en charge de piloter l'industrialisation des modèles Chapeaux et Gants et êtes le garant de la conformité produits, de la qualité et de la faisabilité industrielle.

Mission générale
