As a Business Analysis Manager in the Performance and Insights department at J.P.

Morgan's Wealth Management's Business Development and Solutions, you will engage in strategic initiatives in a rapidly evolving industry.

Your role will involve leveraging cutting-edge big data technologies to address enterprise-wide challenges, providing services ranging from database building and data mining to process improvement implementation and cost analysis.

Job Responsibilities


* Design develop document and test data systems that bring together data from disparate sources, making it available to data scientists, analysts, and other users using scripting and or programming languages.


* Evaluate structured and unstructured data sets utilizing statistics, data mining, and predictive analytics to gain additional business insights


* Constantly making efforts to eliminate redundant and labor intensive process and automate


* Lead for data science, advanced analytics, and projects with best practices, methods, and tools


* Work with other Analytics team leads and technology partners to take the centralized technology changes and apply strong controls such as bitbucket management, share drive migration, FID changes


* Lead the team through the analytical environment changes by understanding the changes of the applications/systems/data center migrations and adopt new consistent approach, such as SAS migration, share drive migration, AMG tool changes and data center migrations


* Communicate with all levels of stakeholders as appropriate including executives, data modelers, application developers, and business users.


* Drive and execute automation of current reporting processes via available tools (e.g.

SharePoint, MS Access, Excel VBA, Business Objects, Qlikview, Tableau, Alteryx etc.)
