Mission
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead design engineering support for VIP customers for low voltage enclosure to meet customer specific technical accordance with standards (IEC, UL...).

* Be the point of contact for L4 quality team for technical queries and provide the final answer or an action plan
* Define the plan for the technical issues/problem and execute by defining the root cause in case of failures with additional investigations (Simulations, Test.)
* Review the certification plans with certification teams and lead root cause analysis in case of failures.

Vos missions :
Vous apportez un support varié à votre HRBP, aux managers et aux collaborateurs sur l'ensemble des aspects RH.
Vos principaux challenges seront les suivants :
* Accompagner le développement des compétences des collaborateurs notamment par la mise en œuvre du plan de formation et de la gestion des habilitations (établir le plan prévisionnel, mise en œuvre, suivi régulier avec les managers et KPIs)
* Piloter le processus de recrutement des stagiaires et des alternants incluant le recueil des besoins, la rédaction des offres avec les managers, le sourcing, l'intégration et le suivi.

• Fornecer suporte Desk Side para usuários finais quando os incidentes não podem ser resolvidos remotamente através do Service Desk.

• Apoiar nos serviços de rastreamento de ativos para equipamentos de trabalho da Schneider.
