End User Key Account Manager – C&SP Segment

Job Purpose

As a Key Account Manager for the Cloud and Service Provider (C&SP) segment, you will lead strategic engagement with data center customers-including tenants, colocation providers, hyperscalers, and EPC partners.

Your mission is to deeply understand customer needs and lead solution sales across Schneider Electric's full portfolio, including electrical distribution, mechanical infrastructure, and software-based digital solutions.

You will be responsible for account planning, pipeline generation, and the execution of sales strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


* Serve as the primary representative for major data center customers, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.



* Own and manage key accounts within the C&SP segment, including full account lifecycle from planning to execution.



* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and business objectives.



* Drive pipeline generation through proactive customer engagement and identification of new opportunities.



* Lead solution and system sales across electrical, mechanical, and software domains, tailoring integrated offers to customer needs.



* Collaborate cross-Business Unit to deliver seamless customer experiences and ensure solution delivery.



* Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to position Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.



* Monitor and report on account performance, pipeline health, and sales forecasts.



* Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring Schneider Electric's solutions are aligned with evolving customer requirements.

Education


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; Business/Commerce acceptable.

Experience


* Minimum 8 years of total experience, including 3-4 years in Key Account Management and solution sales within the C&SP industry.



* Proven experience in account planning, pipeline development, and strategic sales execution.



* Background in electrical distribution or critical power solutions; switchgear expertise is a plus.



* Experience engaging with digital colocation or hyperscale data center customers.



* Preferably with EPC background and data center project experience.

Preferred


* Candidates with prior experience as end users in the C&SP industry.



* Strong professional network within the data center ecosystem (Global Web-Giants, Colocation, EPCs, etc.).

Language


* Business fluency in English required; Korean fluency preferred for customer engagement.

Skills


* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.



* Ability to manage complex solution sales cycles and engage at executive levels.
