* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field/Minimum of 5 years of experience in responsible minerals sourcing
* Prior experience running a responsible minerals sourcing program for a global corporation/Experience owning executive-level reporting, governance routines, and cross-functional stakeholder management in a global environment
* Familiarity with upstream smelter/refiner validation concepts and supply chain traceability expectations/Demonstrated ability to design and operate a defensible due diligence program aligned to OECD Due Diligence Guidance (and comparable best-practice frameworks)
