Our Rockford, Tennessee manufacturing facility plays a critical role in producing the advanced components and subsystems that power our Molecular Imaging portfolio, including PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and gamma camera systems.

As a Floor Assembly Technician - Electrical, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the production of high-quality electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies used in our industry-leading medical imaging systems.

Working alongside manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams, you'll help ensure every product meets the highest standards for performance, reliability, and safety.

You are responsible for:


* Performing precision electrical, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished products.


* Planning daily work activities while collaborating with fellow technicians to meet production schedules and quality objectives.


* Assembling electrical wiring, harnesses, connectors, circuit boards, and other precision components following engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.


* Monitoring the availability of parts, tools, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient production flow.


* Operating specialized assembly equipment, hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and manufacturing machinery while maintaining equipment readiness.


* Conducting functional testing, troubleshooting, and basic diagnostics to verify product performance and quality.


* Supporting complex test procedures and documenting test results in accordance with established manufacturing processes.


* Identifying, analyzing, and assisting in the resolution of routine manufacturing and assembly issues impacting daily operations.


* Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to improve product quality, efficiency, and manufacturing processes.


* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment while following all quality and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:


* High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.


* Experience performing electrical, electro-mechanical, mechanical, or precision manufacturing assembly.
