Sales Representative - Retail

SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Representative for Retail is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting Dell's retail business through proactive sales engagement, account development, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role focuses on executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering a strong customer experience across assigned retail accounts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES


* Manage and grow assigned retail accounts through proactive outbound and inbound sales activity


* Develop strong relationships with retail partners, buyers, and internal stakeholders


* Identify upsell, cross-sell, and attach opportunities across Dell's portfolio


* Execute account plans aligned to revenue, margin, and market share goals


* Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM hygiene
