* A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Engineering or IT or a related technical field


* 5 Years' experience in Engineering or New Product Introduction, New Product Development programs including working directly with the customer


* Working knowledge of the investment casting business


* Investment casting experience in Howmet or competitor manufacturing facilities qualifying new programs.

Program management experience id desired but not required


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

person status.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:



* This program manager would benefit from an engineering/technical background, to have a good understanding of the investment casting process.

To understand part flow, lead times, issues and support problem solving etc.


* Self-confidence balanced with tact to challenge function leaders to keep their commitments.


* Candidate must be self-driven with an acute sense of urgency.
