WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



* Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair industrial electrical equipment.


* Work with PLCs, motor controls, drives, electrical panels, and automated systems.


* Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.


* Perform electrical repairs, component replacements, and preventive maintenance.


* Identify equipment failures and restore operations safely and efficiently.


* Support equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and production efficiency.


* Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

Electrician Technician I – Electrical Troubleshooter


* Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs with supervision.


* Troubleshoot basic electrical components and equipment issues.


* Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.


* Connect to common plant PLCs and demonstrate basic programming knowledge.

Electrician Technician II – Independent Electrical Specialist


* Independently diagnose and repair common electrical problems.


* Troubleshoot electrical controls, motors, and equipment.

* Connect to PLCs and drives and program operating parameters.

Electrician Technician III – Advanced Controls Technician
