Work you'll do

As an Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the Deloitte AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:


* Analyze healthcare operations and data to develop insights that inform innovative value-based care demonstration models


* Assess quality, access, and cost performance in accountable care organizations (ACOs), hospital-focused value-based programs, and alternative payment arrangements


* Translate complex healthcare data into actionable findings that inform quality, cost, and operational outcomes


* Partner with healthcare operations, data science, and transformation stakeholders to coordinate work across cross-functional teams


* Deliver analyses for multiple models each year and mentor junior practitioners through clear written deliverables and guidance
