Work you'll do

A Data Engineering Architecture Manager will lead a large-scale modernization of legacy Informatica PowerCenter and on-premises MDM capabilities to Snowflake and Informatica IDMC, including cloud MDM, Customer 360, data integration, API migration, testing, cutover, and downstream readiness.

Required Qualifications


* 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional team across Snowflake and MDM workstreams, including resource planning, onboarding, lead development, delivery governance, and coordination across delivery locations.


* Drive Agile and PMO governance through sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog management, executive status reporting, RAID management, change control, and steering committee updates.


* Assess the current-state MDM platform, including entity models, match and merge rules, survivorship, trust logic, custom Java APIs, and upstream/downstream integrations.
