We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to grow our ready-mix concrete business throughout commercial and residential markets.

In this role, you'll build lasting customer relationships, identify new project opportunities, provide technical concrete expertise, and collaborate with operations teams to deliver exceptional service from bid to pour.

What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and other customers.

Identify new project opportunities and grow sales within your territory.

Prepare estimates, quotes, and project proposals.

Partner with customers to understand their project needs and recommend the right concrete solutions.

Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and quality control teams to ensure successful project execution.

Visit job sites and provide support before, during, and after concrete pours.

Track sales activity, manage customer accounts, and support collection efforts when needed.

Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.
