Chief Financial Officer

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) FLSA: Salary/Executive Exemption Location: 2252 N.

Broadway Moore, Oklahoma 73160 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm General Purpose: Directs financial activity for the entire organization.

Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Chief Legal Officer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall coordination of financial operationsManage daily financial operations throughout the company; prepare financial statements Answer accounting questions relating to operationsMaintains the company's system of accounts and keeps books and records on all company transactions and assetsImplement and communicate financial strategiesEnsure professional management standards are adhered toOversees all company operating, payroll, savings and investments banking accounts including deposits, disbursements and balancingPrepare monthly cash projection reportsDevelop, analyze, and interpret statistical and accounting information; in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscalsoundness and operating effectiveness of the organizationCoordinates and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system), and analyzes and reports variancesFurnishes internal reports, revises and updates reports to be more useful and efficient, and furnishes external reports as necessary.Responsible for providing effective financial controls for the organizationPresent recommendations to Executive teamAssures compliance with state lawsAttend Executive meetings and communicate progress reports.Ensure compliance with loan agreementsWork with lenders to obtain financing for new construction projects and renew or extend existing commitment.Coordinate annual financial statement auditsDevelop training programs for staffMentor staff, answer questions and provide guidanceEnsure compliance with insurance policies and coordinate monthly reporting requirementsOversee outside tax accountants preparation of all tax filingsPerforms other duties as assigned
