Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Overnight Asleep Location: Prairie Du Chien, WI 53821 Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour Job Description Are you looking to make a direct, meaningful impact every day? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Overnight Asleep to join our team in Prairie Du Chien, WI.

In this role, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live safe, active, and independent lives in a comfortable home environment.

This position offers a unique overnight schedule that combines active support hours with designated sleep hours.

Schedule & Pay Structure Non-Exempt / Hourly Position Active Hours (6:00 PM 12:00 AM): $15.00 / hour Sleep Hours (12:00 AM 6:00 AM): $9.00 / hour Payment Feature: DailyPay option available (access your pay when you need it) Key Responsibilities Daily Living Support: Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.

Plan Implementation: Carry out Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).

Medication & Logging: Safely administer medications and accurately document daily progress in electronic health records (EHR).

Engagement: Encourage personal choice, community integration, and participation in recreational activities.

Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment for all residents.
