Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Fond du Lac, WI Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.88 $17.50 per hour (Blended rate / Premium pay model) Schedule: Flexible shifts available Job Description Are you compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a meaningful difference in people's lives every day? We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Fond du Lac, WI.

As a DSP, you will provide personalized care, daily assistance, and encouragement to help individuals build independence, engage with their community, and lead fulfilling lives in a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities Daily Care & Support: Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.

Plan Implementation: Follow and execute Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP).

Medication & Documentation: Safely administer medications and accurately log daily progress and observations in electronic health records (EHR).

Community Engagement: Encourage personal choice, advocate for individual preferences, and support involvement in local community and recreational activities.

Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, supportive, and positive living space.
