Job Description:

We are seeking a proven business leader to serve as Vice President & General Manager - GreenLake Flex Solutions, reporting to the SVP/GM of Private Cloud & GreenLake Flex Solutions.

This executive will own end-to-end business performance, including strategy, portfolio, P&L, commercial model, customer experience, go-to-market execution, operational delivery and organizational effectiveness.

You'll have the opportunity to lead the transformation of GreenLake Flex Solutions into a simpler, more differentiated and consistently executable AAS growth business.

This role combines full business ownership with the opportunity to reshape how HPE designs, prices, sells, delivers and scales solutions for customers and partners.

The most important requirements are strong operational skills, deep understanding of commercial models and proven experience in the AAS business.

The successful candidate must be able to transform a complex global operation, with particular strength in configure, price and quote (CPQ), approvals, cross-functional execution and accountability.

The leader must also understand how pricing, commitments, unit economics, contracts and partner economics shape the GreenLake Flex Solutions value proposition and determine how to scale the business profitably.

Technology fluency is important as a supporting capability.

The leader must be able to connect infrastructure, software and services choices to customer value and outcomes, commercial differentiation and operational feasibility, while using HPE Hybrid Cloud IP to strengthen the overall proposition.

What you will accomplish


* Transform the end-to-end operating model, with particular focus on CPQ, approvals and handoffs through order, deployment, activation, metering, billing, renewal and expansion.


* Strengthen the GreenLake Flex Solutions value proposition through compelling commercial models and integrated HPE Hybrid Cloud IP, including software, automation, operations and resilience capabilities.
