Rural Health Manager

From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work you'll do

As a Rural Health Delivery Manager on the Operations Transformation team, you will support Rural Health Transformation engagements, oversee work quality and support consistent delivery across projects.

This role acts as the central point of coordination between engagement leadership and delivery resources, managing planning, resourcing, and risk across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Role responsibilities include:

•Oversee work quality and consistency across deliverables

•Develop and manage resource allocation plans, balancing capacity against workstream demands

•Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and stakeholders across the delivery portfolio, escalating as needed

•Establish and maintain delivery standards, templates, and quality review processes

•Monitor team capacity and support staffing and onboarding planning as engagement needs evolve
