MDS Coordinator-RN 30 Bed SNF

As a member of the Whitney Center Health Center Team, the MDS Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of all Medicare A MDS assessments, oversight of non-Medicare assessments for timeliness and thoroughness, electronic submission of assessments, determination of RUGS levels, coordination of information to accounting and oversight of the census by performing the following duties.

In this role you will interact with residents, family members, co-workers, professionals and other visitors.

As such it is your responsibility to promote a positive work environment and maintain positive work relationships.
