Position Summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the global Customer Experience Management (CxM) commercial platform for Professional Relations & Operations (PR&O).

This role owns the PR&O product vision, global roadmap, investment priorities, delivery outcomes, platform operations, adoption, and value realization across the product lifecycle.

The leader will partner with global and regional business owners, Professional Relations teams, compliance, privacy, legal, finance, product management, architecture, engineering, data, and suppliers to create a coherent global platform for professional-relations processes and connected operations.

The role will balance enterprise standardization with justified market variation and ensure that PR&O capabilities integrate effectively with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and adjacent CxM, data, finance, contracting, and enterprise services.

The Senior Manager is accountable for business outcomes, roadmap, priorities, funding, operating model, adoption, and delivery commitments for PR&O.
