Purpose

As Shift Lead, you will provide operational leadership to the Environmental Monitoring (EM) and Logistics team during the weekend shift.

You will ensure that planned activities are performed safely, on time, and in accordance with applicable Good Manufacturing Practice and quality requirements.

You will set priorities, support team members, monitor progress, and serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and escalations.

You will be responsible for:


* Coordinating daily weekend activities across Environmental Monitoring, Quality Control Logistics, and sample management, including work allocation and follow-up of the operational schedule.


* Coaching and supporting team members while promoting clear communication, collaboration, ownership, and a quality-focused culture.


* Ensuring that sample collection, receipt, identification, labelling, registration, storage, internal distribution, and transport are performed in accordance with approved procedures.


* Overseeing Environmental Monitoring activities and ensuring that required documentation and records are completed accurately, fully, and on time.
