Key responsibilities:

Organization strategy and culture

• Set and execute the talent agenda for [business / function / geography], connecting business priorities to organization design, workforce strategy, culture, and leadership effectiveness.

• Lead organization and operating model choices within assigned scope that enable growth, innovation, transformation, and disciplined execution across a complex matrix.

• Strengthen culture, inclusion, accountability, engagement, and organizational health through leader-owned actions grounded in Our Credo.

Talent strategy and future of work

• Build and execute integrated talent strategies across succession, critical roles, leadership readiness, retention, capability building, and pipeline health.

• Advance future-ready workforce practices, including skills-based planning, internal mobility, digital capability, and AI fluency.

• Equip senior leaders with clear talent insights and narratives that drive better decisions in business reviews, talent forums, and succession discussions.
