Job Description:

The Data Operations & Access Management Specialist provides support across a broad range of business management, data integrity, access governance, and operational reporting activities.

The team ensures data consistency, system hygiene, compliance with internal controls, and timely reporting across multiple business processes.

You will join our Pharmaceutical business and gain exposure to business operations, data governance, reporting, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

As part of the Global Medical Safety (GMS) organisation, this role also provides visibility into several pharmacovigilance‑adjacent activities, including data quality processes, safety‑related reporting, and interactions with global safety systems.

While the position does not require prior pharmacovigilance knowledge, students will gain indirect exposure to PV operations and supporting activities that contribute to patient safety.

This is an office‑based role with global reach, collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments, functions, and countries.

This placement offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data quality, systems access management, operational reporting, and governance, supporting multiple business-critical processes while developing hands-on experience with industry‑standard digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI).

Main duties and responsibilities:
