Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business.

MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally.

Shift Details: Sunday 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday 11am - 7:30pm or Finish.

Pay Details: $ 21.50 with potential for up to $ 24.79 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Summary of Role:

Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations activities to enable timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity.

Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.

Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain control of materials and vehicles.

Addresses recurring operational exceptions and contributes to process enhancements that improve visibility and day-to-day effectiveness.

  • Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.

  • Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.

  • Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.

  • Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.

  • Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.

  • Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
