What You'll Do


* Provide and oversee resident-centered nursing care


* Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions


* Administer medications and treatments


* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams


* Support and guide nursing staff to ensure quality outcomes


* Advocate for resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

What We're Looking For


* Current Ohio RN License


* Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
