What are we looking for?

The Environmental Project Manager will support the Building and Construction business by overseeing Environmental projects in the Latham, New York Region.

This position is expected to travel 25% of the time.

Salary & Benefits Information
The base wage or salary range for this position is $70K - $90K.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (may vary)

What you'll do:


* Plan and implement regulated hazardous building materials surveys for renovation and demolition projects, including asbestos, lead-based paint, PCB-caulk, mold, and other hazardous and universal wastes.


* Conduct bulk sampling, homogeneous area assessments, data analysis, quantification, and prepare detailed survey reports and sampling location plans.


* Develop project-specific asbestos and hazardous materials abatement plans and associated technical specifications in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.


* Ability to prepare technical proposal and reports


* Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule


* Ability to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a project


* Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationship with clients
