Work you'll do

As a Facilitator and Project Manager of Strategy and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting modernization of the Logistics Information Technology (LogIT) portfolio to help teams deliver mission value faster.


* Lead facilitation of workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment, decisions, and actionable outcomes.


* Manage project activities, priorities, and workplans supporting modernization of logistics information technology initiatives.


* Lead process improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and business process reengineering, to improve portfolio delivery and mission support.


* Translate business and operational needs into actionable requirements and coordinate across business, operational, and technical teams.


* Provide Scrum Master support and advise stakeholders on technical information technology requirements in a military or logistics environment, including logistics information technology systems.

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* Active Secret clearance


* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
