Work you will do

The overnight DU Operations Security Manager is responsible for the onsite physical security at the Deloitte University campus in Westlake, Texas.

This position requires oversite of property access control and CCTV systems in multiple buildings across the campus, to include emergency warning & fire monitoring systems.

The Security Manger is responsible for fostering relationships with federal, state, and local police agencies, fire, and EMS responders.

Security Managers at Deloitte University ensure proper application and utilization of the Deloitte University Crisis & Incident Management plans, conduct onsite investigations, and enforce guest security guidelines.

In this role you will:


* Assist with managing all aspects of security at DU, including the onsite security command center, DU badging and access control and CCTV systems


* Assist in the management of subordinate onsite Security team members to include hiring, performance management, counseling, and evaluation Snapshots


* Manage the third-party contractor and vendor relationships specific to operational security and technology systems


* Assist with security investigations and engage with Security team leaders, as well as other internal groups, when necessary


* Work closely and collaborate with other DU stakeholders/internal groups


* Responsible for various security related training programs throughout the year for onsite security guard force, Benchmark staff, and DU-based professionals (i.e., Business Continuity, crisis management, and scenario-based exercises)


* Maintain relationships with local law enforcement, fire, and state/local agencies.

Conduct onsite visits with these entities to build relationships with these agencies to allow for familiarization with the Deloitte University campus, buildings, environment, etc.


* This Security Manager position is an overnight-shift assignment to provide additional security presence.

Security Managers at Deloitte University are available to support 24/7 incident response and may provide cross-shift coverage, as needed

* Proficient and knowledgeable in a wide range of security related areas to include investigations in a corporate environment, background investigations, business continuity, physical security, crisis management, etc.
