We're hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our Housekeeping team ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.
What You'll Do


* Direct the daily work of Room Attendants, Housepersons, Laundry Attendants, and Room Inspectors


* Inspect rooms and public areas daily to confirm compliance with brand standards


* Step in and perform Room Attendant duties personally when needed


* Schedule staffing and daily assignments while effectively controlling payroll


* Coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering, and F&B to keep the guest experience seamless

What You'll Need


* Previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferred; boutique or lifestyle hotel background a plus


* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach a team and lead by example


* Comfortable with physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and extended standing, walking, and bending


* Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays


* High school diploma or equivalent; must be legally authorized to work in the United States
