The Opportunity

You will lead complex commercial architectural millwork projects from preliminary handoff through final installation.

This role empowers you to drive operational and financial targets while working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

You will serve as the central point of contact to ensure design accuracy, material quality, and client satisfaction.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Oversee all project phases including material orders, production work orders, shop drawings, delivery, and installation.


* Lead handoff meetings with estimating teams to establish project scope, budgets, and operational schedules.


* Perform precise material takeoffs and field measurements to ensure exact compliance with design specifications.


* Log, monitor, and document change order requests to maintain project margins and clear communication.


* Negotiate subcontractor contracts and coordinate field personnel to align with master project timelines.


* Execute job site quality control inspections to ensure installation standards meet architectural requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the architectural commercial millwork industry.


* Strong proficiency in reading, reviewing, and analyzing architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.


* Deep understanding of construction practices, field measurements, and project management principles.


* Proven capability to manage job costs, maintain project budgets, and operate in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Associate degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.


* Prior experience managing multi-site commercial installation teams and subcontractor agreements.
