The Opportunity

You will serve as a Facilities Maintenance Technician driving the maintenance, repair, and installation of building systems across our project portfolio and new construction.

This role provides the independence to solve complex hands-on challenges while backed by a supportive, family-owned company.

Your well-rounded expertise across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades will become an integral part of our property maintenance and new construction projects.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and residential HVAC equipment.


* Execute general plumbing repairs and install fixture components across active job sites.


* Complete light electrical installations, maintenance work, and system troubleshooting safely.


* Utilize mobile phone applications daily to track job schedules, dispatch updates, and work orders.


* Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify operational issues proactively.


* Maintain clean, safe work environments while representing our values of quality and care.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Valid driver's license.


* Proven hands-on experience servicing HVAC and plumbing equipment.


* Practical ability to perform light electrical, plumbing, and mechanical field work.


* Proficiency in using mobile phone applications for scheduling and task management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Multi-trade experience across residential and commercial construction environments.


* Strong diagnostic skills across diverse mechanical and utility systems.

Compensation & Benefits


* Hourly pay rate ranging from $30 to $45 per hour.
