Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident’s well-being is prioritized.

CNAs work alongside the nursing team to assist residents with daily care needs while providing companionship, reassurance and support.

In This Role:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility.


* Help with lifting, positioning and transferring residents as needed.


* Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.


* Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.


* Work with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care.


* Help maintain a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements:


* Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.


* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.


* Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
