Copper Ridge Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Weekend Activity Aide to join our team.

Position Summary

The Activity Aide assists in planning, organizing, and facilitating recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for our residents.

This role helps promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall well-being while creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities


* Assist with resident activities, events, and outings


* Encourage resident participation and engagement


* Help set up and clean up activity areas


* Support individualized and group activities


* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members


* Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment during activities

Qualifications


* Positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Reliable attendance and punctuality


* Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, or healthcare is preferred but not required

Schedule


* Part-Time


* Weekend availability required

Compensation


* $14.00 - $15.00 per hour


* Non-Union Position
