2027 Trust Management Internship - Emerging Talent Summer Experience Program

You will work closely with trust professionals who support individuals, families, and organizations in managing and preserving assets, while developing a solid foundation in financial services.
As a 2027 Trust Management Intern at JPMorganChase, you will support Trust Officers and Trust Administrators in administering fiduciary accounts.
You will gain exposure to trust administration, client service, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements, helping ensure assets are managed in alignment with fiduciary standards and client objectives.
This role provides meaningful involvement in day-to-day business activities and the chance to develop valuable professional skills and industry knowledge.
The program is designed to provide a fixed-term, full-time experience beginning in Summer 2027 for a period of up to 10 weeks.
Job responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day trust administration activities, including document management, reporting, and data maintenance
* Support Trust Officers and Trust Administrators with account administration and client service activities
* Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of trust and financial documentation
* Participate in projects from initiation through completion, including process documentation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide exceptional client service while assisting with client outreach, follow-up requests, and collection of required documentation
* Maintain accurate records and ensure information is updated within applicable systems and databases
* Adhere to the firm's risk and control standards while helping protect client information and assets
* Collaborate with team members and business partners to support departmental priorities and deliver quality outcomes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2030
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
