We're hiring Technology Interns from Georgia Institute of Technology to work in our Norcross, GA office during the summer of 2027 across multiple disciplines, including:


* Software Engineering


* Quality Assurance (QA)


* Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)


* DevOps Engineering


* Platform Engineering

This internship offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced technology professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to modern software development practices, cloud technologies, automation, reliability engineering, and large-scale payment systems.

What You'll Do

As a Technology Intern, you'll be integrated into an Agile team and contribute to real-world projects that support ACI's products and services.

Depending on your area of focus, you may:


* Participate in the design, development, testing, and delivery of software solutions


* Assist in building, automating, and maintaining cloud-based applications and platforms


* Support quality assurance efforts through test planning, execution, and defect analysis


* Learn DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and monitoring


* Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers to improve application reliability, scalability, and performance


* Contribute to platform engineering initiatives that enhance developer productivity and operational excellence


* Troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues


* Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment


* Learn and apply software development and engineering best practices

Minimum Qualifications


* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
+ Computer Science
+ Software Engineering
+ Information Technology
+ Computer Engineering
+ Cybersecurity
+ Data Science
+ Related technical field


* Completed at least 2 years of relevant coursework


* Expected graduation within 1-2 years


* Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred


* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


* Ability to work effectively on a team while taking initiative independently


* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Coursework, academic projects, or experience in one or more of the following:

Software Development


* Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages


* Object-oriented design and software development principles


* APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
