Job Description
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.
Work Schedule: 3 shifts are available- 4 days on 3 days off (10 hour days)
1st Shift - 6:00am-4:30pm
2nd Shift - 2:30pm-1:00am
3rd Shift - 12:00am-10:30am
JOB SUMMARY:
The Campus Coordinator serves as an important point of connection for guests, offering guidance, support, and problem-solving assistance while helping maintain an organized and welcoming campus environment focused on growth and opportunity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Welcome and assist guests while supporting admissions, intake, and shelter placement processes.
* Maintain accurate records, activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
* Monitor campus safety through routine facility checks and security systems.
* Connect guests with programs, resources, and support services as needed.
* Communicate campus policies and expectations in a respectful and professional manner.
* Build positive relationships with guests, volunteers, and staff while promoting accountability and personal growth.
* Assist with operational needs, including maintenance requests, campus oversight, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
* Respond to guest concerns, de-escalate situations when appropriate, and report incidents promptly.
* Participate in team meetings, training, and other organizational activities.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support campus operations and guest services.
Work Environment
* Fast-paced shelter and campus setting serving individuals experiencing homelessness.
* Frequent interaction with guests, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
* Requires sound judgment, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
* Experience working in a Christian recovery, addiction recovery, or faith-based human services environment is preferred.
* Previous experience in shelter services, recovery programs, behavioral health, hospitality, law enforcement, crisis response, or other mission-driven care environments is highly valu...
